2. Free Website Audit

- Do not create any service obligation

We reserve the right to decline any audit request.
3. Payments & Project Terms
- 50% advance payment is required before starting the project.
- 30% payment may be required at the mid-project stage.
- The remaining balance must be cleared before final website delivery.
Failure to complete payment may result in project delay or suspension. All payments are non-refundable once work has started.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide:
- Domain & hosting access
- Required content (text, images, branding materials)
- Timely feedback and approvals
Project timelines may be extended if required materials or approvals are delayed.
5. Intellectual Property
After full payment:
- The client owns the final website design and content (excluding third-party tools/plugins).
- We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Business losses
- Revenue decline
- Hosting downtime
- Third-party plugin conflicts
- Google ranking changes
All digital marketing results depend on multiple external factors.
7. Revisions & Support
We offer limited revisions as agreed in the proposal. One month of free post-launch support may be provided. Extended maintenance requires a separate agreement.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
- Payment terms are violated
- Client communication becomes abusive
- Misuse of services is detected
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated version.
